Meet Malerie Young, co-host of the My Wellness Rewired | Hacking Women’s Health biohacking podcast! I’m a mom of three, a total bookworm, and a self-proclaimed health and wellness nerd who’s all about helping women feel their best. After 18 years navigating the fast-paced legal and corporate world, I swapped boardrooms for biohacking and never looked back.
My journey into health and wellness started with a love for learning (you’ll often find me nose-deep in a book or geeking out over the latest health research). As a busy mom, I know firsthand how hard it can be to prioritize yourself while juggling life’s chaos. That’s why I’m obsessed with finding practical, science-backed ways to optimize women’s health—think simple biohacks that fit into real life, not just Instagram-perfect routines.
Through our podcast, I’m here to share the tips, tricks, and hard-earned wisdom I’ve picked up along the way, all with a side of humor and girlfriend vibes. I’m a dedicated educator with 23 years of teaching experience, a proud mom to two amazing teens, and a lover of hiking, camping, global exploration and those priceless family moments that make life special.
As a lifelong learner, I’m fascinated by the science behind feeling better and love diving into the puzzle of what helps us thrive.
