My passion for wellness sparked from a love of learning, whether I’m buried in a book or diving into the latest health research.

As a busy mom, I understand the challenge of prioritizing self-care amid life’s chaos. That’s why I’m all about practical, science-backed biohacks—like cycle-syncing, sleep optimization, and sneaky nutrition tricks—that work for real women, not just picture-perfect routines.
